Based in London's Covent Garden, and working nationally and internationally online and in-person by appointment, I offer highly-individualised confidential consultancy and coaching services to organisations, teams, and individuals facing relational and systemically derived conflicts. In addition, I offer a special service for writers and artists of all sorts who experience blocks in or who want to better harness their creativity.

Consultancy in these areas is often complex and typically requires in-depth interdisciplinary knowledge and experience to be brought to bear on client issues. You get this with Roger Willoughby, who holds graduate degrees and professional qualifications in philosophy, child psychology, clinical psychology, group-analysis, psychoanalytic studies, and history, combined with over forty years of interdisciplinary experience working variously in both public and private sector psychological services and consultancies and in university teaching, research, and administration.
